Empressions Gatherings

Faith • Food • Fellowship

Small, in-home workshops for women and friends — like the best of those old-school Tupperware parties, but with real skills that nourish your family. We gather around the kitchen table, learn hands-on, laugh loud, and send everyone home with confidence (and tasty goodness).

🥣 Current Classes (Choose One)

Yogurt Making

Cultured dairy basics, equipment, temperatures, thickening, flavoring, and safe storage. Everyone learns the method and leaves ready to make yogurt at home.

Bone Broth & Healing Soups

Bones, minerals, and method. Slow-cook vs. pressure, safe cooling, freezer tips, and three fast “sip or soup” add-ins.

🌿 Coming Soon

Herbal Tea Blending

Gentle botanicals, flavor balancing, and simple ratios. Custom calming, cozy, or clarifying blends — launching soon.

Fermented Basics

Simple krauts & pickles made safe and easy — on deck for a future season.

How we cook: We make one big pot together and learn shoulder-to-shoulder. No individual batch cooking during the class — you’ll leave with the know-how (and recipes) to repeat it at home.

How It Works (Simple & Fun)

  1. Pick a class (Yogurt or Bone Broth) and a date that works for your group.
  2. Invite your friends — ideal group size is 6–12. I’ll send a quick invite you can forward.
  3. We gather & learn — I bring the know-how and key supplies. You host, we make, everyone leaves confident.

FAQ

How many can I host?

6–12 is the sweet spot. Larger groups are possible with a bigger space—email me and we’ll plan it.

How long is a class?

About 2 hours including Q&A and clean-up. Evenings or weekends work great.

Do guests make their own batch?

We work around one shared pot or demo together. No individual batch cooking during class — you’ll learn the method and get guides to do it at home.
